We are looking for a Manager Assistant to join our team! This role involves lead generation, marketing, customer profiling, and assisting the manager with files and applications. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Chinese and English, has at least one year of experience in lead generation, marketing, or insurance, and is looking for a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads to support business growth
• Assist in marketing campaigns and customer outreach
• Profile and analyze customer data to improve service strategies
• Support the manager in handling files and loan applications
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth processing
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in Chinese and English
• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, marketing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of Financial products ex: mortgage, or insurance is a plus
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16+/hr base salary (depending on experience) + bonus
• Full-time position with growth opportunities
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
